It was very straight forward. Just need guard card and availability. Anyone could get hired. As long as you have the guard card and certification they will definitely hire you.
Very thorough scenario based questions and a good overview of the demands of the job were specified. Two step interview process with another orientation and background checking needed to pass.

Interview
Interview was simple, asked the basic questions. I provided them with my resume, my avaliability and etc. I did a drug test, provided HR with my certifications and completed hiring paperwork with the same week. Got an offer but declined due to finding a job elsewhere.
