The group interview was conducted in a large room with 6 round tables, each housing 8 chairs. The participant is free to choose any table and sit on any of the 6 out of 8 chairs available for interviewees while the two other chairs are for two company officials. The first thing is the self-presentation of the officials and the interviewees followed by a PowerPoint about the company and the aspects of the job being applied for. Then the 6 candidates are asked to form 3 pairs and ask the 3 questions on the main screen to each other (Tell me about yourself; Why are you interested in this job; I have forgotten the last question). After gathering the info on the other partner, each participant needs to stand up and describe the other person that he/she has interviewed. Following the above exercise, each participant is allocated a note at random. The latter has a behavioural question and the holder has to stand up and answer the question in hand. This process is repeated 2 more times with different sets of questions.
