I applied online. I interviewed at Allied Universal (Oceanside, CA)
Interview
First interview was on zoom and lasted about 20 minutes. It was very relaxed and felt very comfortable. I was offered a position contingent upon a drug test and background check. I passed both of them. And then I was scheduled for a 2 hour Zoom orientation class. They pay for you to get your guard card which is pretty cool.

Question 1
How much experience with customer service do you have.
Very easy. Personal experience was that they sat me down, talked about the job, and it was pretty in and out. From there, I had a secondary sit-down with the supervisor at the office I was assigned, we finalized some things, got a permanent job site assigned near home, and that was it.

Question 1
I remember them asking about my experience at my previous job, why I left, etc
I received an email asking me to come to an interview. Afterwards, I took the interview and had to do multiple screenings and certificate checks. They are particular about making sure you have all the necessary licenses. If you do not have a specific license, you will go through additional training before starting your job.
