I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Allied Wealth Partners (Parsippany, NJ) in May 2015
Interview
Got a referral to interview for a financial advising role in Parsippany,NJ. Came in and first met a group of 4 advisors individually in which I learned about their experience at the company and how long they have been in the business. Then I eventually met with the President and Owner of the branch in which they gave me a career preview on what to expect and how I could succeed within the firm.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Allied Wealth Partners (Parsippany, NJ) in Dec 2021
Interview
I felt it was quite a long interview process with 3-4 rounds of interviews. Took me about two months to get through just because of delays and scheduling. They weren't very upfront about negative aspects of job and compensation.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They ask you if you're comfortable with sales and selling to family members and friends. They want to get a sense that you're comfortable with the fact it's a fully sales-based compensation structure.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Allied Wealth Partners (Parsippany, NJ) in Jul 2016
Interview
It was a very long 4 step interview process that took me over a month. The people there are really friendly but the job has no base salary. They were kind of unclear on everyday job responsibilities. They also make you do a "Project 200" which I was not a fan of. I was extremely disappointed by the time I got to the end because I was excited for the job in which I thought it was going to be and unfortunately turned out not to be.
