Interview by atleast 5 people from different departments and asked relevant questions. First, the in-person phone interview is followed by a phone interview. Overall the process was good, simple and effective. You get to know the employees as well.
Great interview. Very kind Project manager. Respectful environment and friendly staff. Not extremely formal. Basic questions. Explained the company culture very well. All questions were welcomed and clarified. Very impressive company culture
