Allogene Therapeutics interview questions

Disappointed by the low effort put in by the interviewers. One interviewer asked boiler plate questions printed from a Google search. How do I know? They held the printout right in front of them. Another interviewer had never looked at my resume and thought I was someone else. If this is the amount of effort they put into identifying a candidate, then actually working there would scare me.

Met with the hiring manager first to discuss the role. Then presented a seminar on previous research. Afterwards, I had more one on one interviews followed by a group interview with the team.
