- Online Coding Test, 1hr (The site was down, so this eventually we skipped this round after debugging). - Online Live Coding Interview, 1hr (Python algorithm problem). - Onsite (1/3) Work Presentation, 60mins (discussing of one of your projects). - Onsite (2/3) Alloy Presentation, 30mins (getting to know their product and where you'd fit in). - Onsite (3/3) Team lunch (casual, relaxed, showing off their welcoming community, assessing culture fit). - Video call follow-up with Manager, 15mins (casual and pleasant introductions since he'd been on holiday for my onsite and the manager I'd met earlier was relocating). - 2x Reference Checks The process was stretched out slightly over the winter holidays, but employee's were pleasant and warm and communicative throughout. I ended up declining the offer in favour of a competing offer, but only barely so: Alloy's welcoming and mentoring culture was so strong I almost turned away from long-term career goals elsewhere just so I could work with these fine folks.

Question 1
The python challenge was an algorithm problem based on a task they'd encountered in the job. It involved parsing a flat input into a meaningful hierarchy based on the input contents. The presentation was a 20-30minute display of one of your recent projects, your engineering considerations, and the business impact (followed by up to 30 mins of questioning).

Interview
First, there was a TripleByte technical test. This was followed by an intro call with the technical lead. This included general questions about the company and experience. After this, there was a live coding round with one of the engineers on CoderPad.
