Interview
There was first a phone interview with 3 BDI interview questions and other general interview questions, then an in person interview with 3 BDI questions, then if passed that step I got invited for a sit-along with an adjuster and a meeting with the office manager.

Interview
Very simple and straight forward questions . Took all of 40 minutes. I was hired before the pandemic so I was able to go into the office in Chandler. They just asked me about my insurance experience and how I can handle claims.
