I applied online. About 2 weeks later I received a call from Allstate to set up a phone interview with their recruiter.I had the scheduled interview and it was pretty straight forward. I was asked about my experience and then some "normal" interview questions such as "Tell me about a time...". I was told at the end of the interview that if the hiring manager thought I would be a good candidate he/she would set up the next in person interview. Several days later I received an email telling me that I was not selected for the in person interview.
