Interview started with a short test administered on a computer. Basic grammar and basic computer skills. Had to listen to several recorded voices with different dialects and write what was said. Proceeded to one on one interview. This was just them getting a feel for your personality, no tough questoins.

first a phone interview of about half an hour. They ask you general interview questions such as your strengths and weaknesses, your background, skills and some scenario based questions as well. if you succeed then an online assessment. very fair

Very amicable approach. They explain everything in detail including benefits and responsibilities. The interview process had a very good flow. The questions were based on your previous experiences and also on problem solving scenarios.
