I got a call back within 2 weeks of applying. I had an initial quick phone call and then a longer video call with the manager to discuss my resume - very smooth process.

Staarted with phone and then video interview. Face to face interview was STAR method and asked why you wanted the job. Once you get in all of the interviews are based off STAR method .
Contacted by recruiter to set up phone interview. After phone interview, was quickly contacted to set up in person interview. In person interview consisted of two interviewers who asked standard STAR questions.
