I applied in-person. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Allstate (La Puente, CA) in Jul 2021
Interview
The interviewer combed my resume very well, and helped me realize that Sales is not what I'm looking for. They gave time to really help me look at myself. I'm really grateful for them, and I wish them the best.
It was a very easy and straightforward process for me as a licensed producer. Went through 2 rounds of interviews and was given an offer at a local branch. Between initial contact and offer it was about 2 weeks total.
Group interview with a lot of people not very much information on the first interview I did for a little more detail about what they were looking for from their side
