Initial interview is via Zoom and then followed up with a series of in person interviews of anywhere from 10-25 minutes each. Follow up interviews on subsequent days. Response time was approximately 3 weeks from initial interview

Received an unscheduled screener call after applying online. Interviewer explained the stage in the process and how it would work moving forward if I was what they were looking for.
interviewed by two other attorneys from the in house office, rushed, quick after hours interview, they seemed uninterested and snobby. seemed like they just wanted information from other offices instead of truly interviewing a candidate.
