I got a call back within 2 weeks of applying. I had an initial quick phone call and then a longer video call with the manager to discuss my resume - very smooth process.

Interview
It was simple. Know how to answer simple interview questions before interviewing. There will likely be a phone screen before the interview. Don't worry if you don't have all the documents for the background check. It is very detailed.
Contacted by recruiter to set up phone interview. After phone interview, was quickly contacted to set up in person interview. In person interview consisted of two interviewers who asked standard STAR questions.
