I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Allstate (Northbrook, IL) in Mar 2019
Interview
Recruiter was nice at the start, promptly scheduled and moved from one step to next. Then after interview, non responsive, giving me no valuable feedback, then said position is on hold. I asked if I made it to the final round, again no response for another 2 weeks. These recruiters are only nice when they want to schedule and want your prompt response, then after that you do not matter. Same thing with Discover card. At last, she got back to me and said they liked my communication skills, process improvement, risk management, but they picked someone else with more analytical skills. The only issue here is from all of these I stand out in my analytical skills from my current job reviews. Also, if I am good with 3 of these, I will not have every skills listed,-but its obvious it will be developed. I think this feedback was a cope out as they did not have anything to say. I asked for example of what analytical skills I need to work on or example; the recruiter said for legal reason she can not disclose. Yeah I don't believe there were any examples from the start. Poor selection and recruiting process.
