Allstate Senior Innovation Manager interview questions

Disorganized HR team. Was never able to get a hold of the recruiter over phone. They had me go to 2 locations and the interview process was extremely disorganized. Upon going all the way to Northbrook the hiring manager could not meet me in person (only over phone). The recruiter left me 8 second voicemail informing me that I did not get the job. Overall, a poor experience. Speaks about the internal workings of the company.
