I applied online. A recruiter contacted me regarding the job and we set up an interview with the hiring manager. We had one interview. I was more qualified for another job so they offered me the credit associate job. I declined due to the long commute. Very smooth interview process and the recruiter was extremely helpful with all questions.

Interview
Applied online and got an offer to interview about two weeks later. Met with the two hiring managers for that department. The interview was very relaxed; half of the time was telling about the position and company and ensuring you were fit to work 12+ hour days four days a week and willing to stay in that position for 2+ years, and the other half was a few behavioral questions.
