Process took about 3 weeks. They had me record myself answering questions and I had to write an essay for the first part, followed by a 2nd interview with an actual person. 2nd interview was never able to happen however because the company sent an email to all applicants that the position was closed and that they were not hiring anymore and to apply in 2022. This was the 2nd time I had applied for this position, made it to the 2nd interview, and then been told the position was closed and to apply again at a later date. Company does not seem to have any sort of organization as every email or person I talked too was different, some of them didnt even work for Ally sending me emails about my application. Very strange process.
