I applied through university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Ally.io (Bengaluru) in Aug 2020
Interview
An initial coding round followed by 3 interviews. In the coding round, we were asked to complete 3 programs in a hackerrank test. In the first interview round, we were again asked to code on hackerrank, with the only difference being we attended a gmeet and shared our screen too. And the next round was really bad, the interviewer asked a Graph based question, and eventhough I did tell a couple of approaches, he kept digging deeper into it with random questions. To sum it up, only coding questions based on Data Structures and Algorithms were asked. I don't think they even went through my resume.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Ally.io in Jun 2020
Interview
I felt the process was very painful especially the rounds with India team. The process was pretty unorganized. I had 1 coding assessment, 2 coding rounds and 2 system design rounds. The recruiter was very helpful but still the company does not have any clarity on how to go about the recruiting process.
