3 interviews with an initial talk, a technical test and then a longer interview with additional technical questions and meeting the team. Technical testing was provided to work on outside of the interview.

If you make it through group process then you are faced with an interview. You have to keep in mind that this is a leadership position, so you have to prove that you can be a leader and that you can handle difficult situations without having to keep asking for help. You also have to demonstrate that you can work with a team.
