Alma Media interview questions

2 rounds First round is technical with team lead and another software developer in the team. They seem to like me. 2nd round is with another 3rd party about soft skills etc. To me I think it doesn't fully reflect who I truly am, especially after the first round for an hour and a half talking onsite they must've known at least what's my personality my way of communication etc. Rather they decide to trust that 3rd party after answering some quizzes.
