Very inhumane recruitment process overall, that's the best way to recap it. Over the five rounds of interviews, the focus was heavily on technical skills only, and we didn't discuss company culture, working style, or personality much. The process felt really cold. I had to go through 2 live case studies during the interviews. Doing case studies prior to an interview is fine, but I find it a bit difficult to judge anyone's skills under 5 minutes of pressure to do something that would take them more time in reality. Even more when that happens a second time, and the recruiter didn't warn you. The interview with the CEO was probably the worst, as he was just reading a Google Doc that he was sharing, I'm not even joking. Needless to say, the recruiter didn't even bother sending the result after the final interview; I had to follow up myself.
This company behaves like they are Google or Apple or some kind of top-class company everyone wants to work for, but it should put more effort into improving its employer branding.
