I had a 30 minute phone interview with hr director. Followed with an in-person interview. First impression was "cool office." I was brought to the conference room where I was interviewed by director of marketing and hr director.Took about 30 minutes. They asked me about myself. Explained the job position. Their expectations. Everything went fine. Except HR never followed up with me even though she said she would. I even emailed twice and no response. Really disappointing as I took time for the interview, a follow up is the courteous thing to do.
