What a horrible and neglecting interview panel and process!! The HR called me via my Naukri profile. She scheduled a telephonic interview for next day. I kept on waiting at the scheduled time slot, no one called. I called back to realize that they have postponed it and didn't bothered to inform the candidate. Then she scheduled it for Saturday 2pm. Again the same thing, no call, no intimation. They went just blank. 4 days after that they called back and restarted the same cycle. By now, interview has been rescheduled 4 times (understandable, but prior intimation should be there). Finally a HR round happened 15 days after initial contact (while on call they kept on stating we need a candidate who can join early). Moved to next round with another HR. She asked few questions related ro current profile. Then in the name of background check dived deep in my family history. How many maternal & paternal uncles, aunts, cousins I have..What they do career wise..Then she said we will set up a next round with you shortly. A week passed and again no contact, untill I followed up. I came to know that the HR taking my round is no longer part of the organization, after discovering that mails I have sent to her came back with deactivated/disabled account revert mail. I contacted another HR who took my 2nd round. Sent her multiple emails but she didn't have any professionally courtsey or work ethic to reply to them, irrespective of whatever my candidacy state is. I have worked with different organization, taken several interviews myself, interviewed at companies from amazon, paytm to startups with 3-4 ppl in my career, but never received or showed such a negligence toward a candidate and the process. Aloha is on another level. If you are going to interview here make sure you have patience and no self respect to bear with their attitude (especially the HRs, who are probably busy doing what typical HR dept are made fun of as their contribution to work- nothing) P.S: I know many of you will still proceed because of dire need of a job. But believe me, the wait is worth. Received two far better offers for a higher profile after such a horrible experience with this company.
