Applied via Indeed, then applied on their website. Completed a Harver Assessment, and then a prescreening process via text. Scheduled a 30 minute phone interview. Went on zoom at the end of the interview to verify my ID. After the interview, I confirmed my understanding of the job details via text, and then confirmed my address for the equipment to be shipped to. The next training session starts in April, the exact dates are TBD. Towards April, should I pass the background check, I'll be offered the position. For work at home, you need to have high speed internet & the ability to connect to the internet via an ethernet cable. Phone Interview: First they confirmed the job details with me (i.e. hours of operation is 7 days a week from 4am mst-11am mst, must be available to work 8hr shift between those times, including one weekend day, equipment provided includes dual monitors, a computer, and a headset with a mic)

Prescreening Process Questions. Have you ever worked for Alorica/ or been hired and never started? If yes, what year did you leave? If you have already been scheduled for an interview or currently working for us, please let us know. Do you reside in Utah?
Phone Interview Questions (from what I remember & paraphrased) What does your schedule look like? What is your availability? Do you have any experience working from home? Why do you want to work from home? What are some advantages and disadvantages working from home? Employment history. Where did you work last? What you did there? How long did you work there? Why did you leave? Do you know what hard-wired internet is, and can you describe it? How would you go about resetting a phone? How would you go about resetting your cellular service? How do you restart a computer? What are 5 computer programs you use and why? Do you know what Alorica is? The only scenario question I remember my interviewer asking is, can you give an example of a time you resolved a technological issue?

After applying online and you will schedule an interview if selected through text message. The interview was 10 minutes over the phone. Then you go in the office to do hire paperwork.
