The entire interview consists of tell me about a time when questions where they want to know about your experiences and how you acted in the situation they describe. The only question that wasn’t a tell me about a time when was the first question just asking about your background and prior employment and your salary expectations. The interview took 42 minutes. At the end the recruiter did ask if I had any questions. I asked 3 questions, one was about the training/ramping period since it says online you need to complete manager training, the other was the time frame or start date for the position, and if they could tell me about the day to day for the position. Every time i asked a question they stated I don’t know the answer to that and we’re just silent. Never offered to find out or get back to me, so 42 minutes answering there questions and they don’t seem to know anything about the role there interviewing you for. I had other questions but stopped since they couldn’t answer even 1 of the 3 I had previously asked. By the way, pretty sure they didn’t offer because of my salary amount. Looking on glassdoor this company pays people extremely low. I’ve received texts from Alorica asking if I was interested in sales for $10 an hour. Bet this is why there is so much turnover. I stated salary would need to be $45k and about a week later got the decline email, be prepared to have a very low salary for this position based on other reviews.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Alorica (Atlanta, GA) in Jan 2017
Interview
The interview process was surprisingly pleasant. It was pretty standard. What was nice was that there seemed to be a commitment to excellence from recruiting. It was unfortunate that the recruiters did not stay with the company long at all, but the ones that were there when I was hired were very good.

I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Alorica (Ban Phone Savang) in Jul 2016
Interview
Phone interview. it took two weeks to actually get in touch with the recruiter: red flag 1. List of responsibilities from HR then salary offering, Had I known up front they were only offering minimum wage for management exempt position i would have never applied.Complete waste of time trying to get in touch with recruiter who was never at her desk..
