I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Alorica (Montevideo) in Aug 2019
Interview
I was referred my one collegue who works there as a Costumer Service Representative. That is why they called me, because i have already applied in buscojobs.com and i didnt receive any call at all. So referral matters.
It was only one instance interview, just a conversation. I asked the recruiter if they give feedback and she said me they are not use to, but for HR positions they do.
After that i didnt receive any call or feedback about the process so for me it was a waste of time and money.
