The recruiter called you she says up a date and time for you come in for your initial interview during the initial interview they ask you questions about your personality and also about on your family and your home life. The next day they call you when I tell you which position they think would fit best for you and then you go through the various test to see exactly if you actually be able to work in that position efficiently.

The interview process in this company is easy considering that it is a CSR role, but it makes sense since it is an entry level role. I'm satisfied with I undergo with the interview process in this company.
The interview process is pretty straightforward and if you are chosen for the job you are walked through everything you need to do. And once the background check is done everything goes by pretty quickly.
The interview process is smooth and easy. There is an initial interview and an exam that you have to pass first before the final interview. It is just a one day process and it is very efficient.
