I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Alorica (Irvine, CA)
Interview
I have interviewed twice for this company on different years at separate locations. The good news is that, they reply to all applications. They let you choose and confirm an interview date and time. They are upfront about their hiring rate for the job that you are applying for. Depending on where you are applying, they have sites that don't want you to be working in another job. They will post it anyway that you cannot have an existing employment and still want to work with them at the same time. They inform you of the hiring process when you pass the interview. They email a checklist. The interview does not need to be in person because it can be videoconferenced online. Start date is not immediate because you are batched with other trainees.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Alorica
Interview
The interview process in this company is easy considering that it is a CSR role, but it makes sense since it is an entry level role. I'm satisfied with I undergo with the interview process in this company.
The interview process is pretty straightforward and if you are chosen for the job you are walked through everything you need to do. And once the background check is done everything goes by pretty quickly.
The interview process is smooth and easy. There is an initial interview and an exam that you have to pass first before the final interview. It is just a one day process and it is very efficient.
