Completed a phone screening and a follow-up in-person interview. They don't have many standardized processes yet and are still working out kinks with organization and otherwise. Standard interview with three people. They do seem somewhat overly formal and take themselves extremely seriously, so if you're applying and that is the company culture you are looking for then this would be the career for you.
