Alpha Media interview questions

I applied online and a little over a month later, received a phone call for a phone interview invitation. The interviewer was a Sales Dept leader & did not seem to be interested to speak as she stated “she would begin driving soon so if I hear noise then that’s what it is.” From the conversation, the team or at least the sales leader didn’t have an interest in training new hires or providing professional development to new team members.
