Alpha Graphic's interview process was extremely lengthy and slow. After an initial screening with the recruiter, I was asked to complete roughly 6 hours of Excel and logical test based assessments. While the recruiter said that it was fine if it took a few days, I was given the impression that sooner was better. After that, we moved onto about two hours of in-person interviews. All of which went well, in my opinion, and at one point a senior HR person let me know that they had no objections and would give me a definite 'yay' or 'nay' soon, along with concrete feedback. I was then moved onto a 'surprise' final interview with the group president, which again, I felt went well. Three weeks later, I still had not gotten a response from the recruiter, or anyone else in HR. I followed up with the recruiter - for the second time - and was informed that they were going to decline my application. When I asked for feedback, the recruiter was not able to clearly articulate why I was not selected, even after further probing on my end. Overall, I spent between 16-24 hours of working time applying, preparing, researching, and interviewing, and I feel that this company did not meet their promise of, at the very least, giving me clear feedback. I would not recommend applying with them, unless you are truly desperate.
