Interview
Excellent, Great, Positive, Memorable, Relaxed, but intense, fun, challenging. Interview process consists of one face to face meeting. If they feel you may be a good fit, then they will schedule a ride day. The ride day is an all day event and gives a very realistic impression of what it will take to be successful. All in all the process is very fast.

Questions were not cliché. It was a fact finding, fit finding interview. You interview directly with the hiring manager. Its a conversational interview, not scenario based. Be yourself... Sale yourself..
