I interviewed at Alpine Learning Group (Paramus, NJ)
Interview
Two part interview - one is a personal interview with review of credentials, and the other is hands-on where observe and then implement discrete trial teaching (DTT) with a learner. In the interview process, the director explained that they are not looking for perfection but how trainable you are.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Alpine Learning Group (Fanwood, NJ) in Mar 2022
Interview
The interview process was smooth, pleasant and very hands on. A video of DTT was briefly shown before the director did a hands on training with modeling/questions and feedback provided done remotely. Excellent interview technique. Would recommend this style to be done either in person or remote.

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Alpine Learning Group (Paramus, NJ) in Aug 2016
Interview
The interview process was fairly simple you ran some trials with one of the students, and I was asked questions that related to the field of ABA. After met with both the Principal and Executive Director to discuss what grade level I would be interested in working with at Alpine. The whole interview took little over an hour or so and I felt very confident I would be offered a position.
