Sat with one of the managers for about 15 minutes. They asked a few interview questions, asked about my previous work experience, and asked about my future goals. The manager laid out the expectations of the role and discussed the opportunity for growth.
The second interview was more interactive. They showed me exactly what I would be doing in regards to marketing and sales. The interviewer explained what skills they have learned and gained in only a few months. She then laid out what the requirements are to get trained and developed to manage one of the open campaigns with one of their clients. Seems like a great opportunity to develop people skills at a fast pace and learn how to run a small business with the boring lectures.
