On campus interview. It is 20 minutes long. They first ask you to give an overview of yourself, which then leads to behavior questions. Very friendly and nice. At the end, they say they will reach out with the next steps.

Spent about 3.5 hours for the onsite interview, talking with plant managers and other Engineer Supervisors before a plant tour. Everyone was quite friendly and it was a good experience
