Altera Device Engineer interview questions

This was a new grad position. Was referred by a friend. The initial phone interview was 40 minutes and was asked questions on device physics. The interview was scheduled immediately after the phone call. On-site interview- the hiring manager, another manager and a director interviewed. Questions were on CMOS process flow, changing threshold voltages.
