Interview
The interview was straight forward and lasted about an hour. I felt the questions were expected and fair. I had an initial phone screen, and then an in person interview with two interviewers, and then a written portion that took about 30 minutes.

They made sure to ask how I would handle working with a demographic of women who come from totally different backgrounds and who may be sensitive to open up about it.
