I interviewed for two different roles, different occasions and each one consisted of 4 interviews. They consisted of one with the recruiter, hiring manager, a member of the team and a panel. Honestly I don’t know why each role would have 4 interviews. That’s just overkill and a great way to have professional workers rescind the application. As someone who is already in the workforce trying to find a schedule to accommodate each interview is hard and alteryx needs to realize that. We can’t take days off just to interview.

The recruiter was really helpful and pleasant. She walked me through the interview process and checked in after every step. The overall experience was so positive that it helped me decide to accept the position.
