I applied online. Recruiter was enthusiastic about my background and arranged a phone interview. But they ghosted. I called and emailed asking if they would like to reschedule. No response. Such a shame, as I was a close match according to the JD. As a HR professional, I expected much more professionalism than this. But it seems that it is widely known how Altice doesn’t respect their candidates. Improve your recruitment practices or talent will look elsewhere.
