Interview
Brief phone interview. Brought in for a face to face in which I was asked more in depth questions first by the CEO and then more of a technical interview and questions by the President which went well. Overall it took roughly 2-3 hours from start to finish.

Interview
I was called in for an interview and asked to bring in my references. When I got there they wanted my last 3 work references, which I replied - because I am currently interviewing, I don't plan to provide these until after I get an offer.
Office was dead by the time I got there, so can't say much about the culture. However, after the interview, I can only assume that management has intense expectations that did not care much about work-life balance. The ideal employee example was someone who took work home. Pass.
