Great experience! I was contacted by a recruiter who scheduled an interview, wonderlic, and personality assessment , a day later I was scheduled for the in person interview. Once there I took another wonderlic and a skill assessment on construction topics. Then spoke with 4 people in a panel format who were all great. Very relaxed and conversational, it gave me a chance to get passed the jitters and be myself. The process is thorough and different but despite the comments I read, it flowed well, professional, and courteous, and the energy in the building is very positive . I got an offer letter after a week for a start date 3 weeks out.
