Sporadic and unprofessional in nature. Initial interviewers lacked basic information on business practices and process within the company. Territories seem rather oddly divided and management is often far away and not familiar with specifics of locations.

Was not asked a lot of questions. Just what was background. Also, what I knew about the products they sold. The interview was probably not even 30 mins, and it is recorded to show upper management. Then, an offer is written.
