Interview
A video call with the Tech Director, who didn't seem very happy with the current CTO but missed the previous one. Didn't ask about most of the things I'd expect for an interview at that level, was more an informal chat about basic tech processes.

Mostly theoretical, about handling internal conflicts
We're really sorry to see this candidate had a poor experience with us. We do now have a new CTO in place, and have done some extensive work to revise our development recruitment processes and ensure that our interview structure is suitable for the level of role we are hiring for.
