Had a phone interview for over an hour discussing the positions, company, my skills and experience. Asked to come in for a face to face with CFO. Then 2 weeks later, asked to come in to meet CEO and CFO. I was offered a different lower position with the understanding that within 6 months to be promoted to the original position.
