After applying online, Was given a phone call by the VP of recruiting, Gina. After a few questions about myself, was offered and 1:1 interview. Interview was at their main office. Meet Gina and the district manager (manager of the store I applied for), Frances. They were easy to talk to and made me feel comfortable. They asked several questions about myself and my work ethics and the whole interview lasted about 30 min. Was offered the position as long as background check cleared.
