Applied through LinkedIn. In total, there were three rounds of interviews. First and second round with HR, third round with HR and department lead. Otherwise, communication was performed through e-mail. Professional, friendly and straightforward. Contract offer provided after the third round.

First interview with HR from Adecco in my home country in European Union. A few months later I have received a reply from Adecco that there will be further interviews directly with HR of Alvotech. First I had an interview with HR department of Alvotech and a week later Department laboratory manager.
