I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at AmTrust in Jul 2015
Interview
Got my resume submitted though a recruiter had a phone interview screening which went pretty well. Hiring manager was very nice asked very basic questions don't be scared if you do not know an answer. Manager wanted to hire me but took to much time thinking where I would fit on his development team which requires him to get approval to extend an offer to me. This process of him trying to get approval from higher ups has taken 2 plus weeks now ugh very frustrating.
