Completed 3 of 5 Interview rounds and never heard back from them. The Interview Process: (1) Recruiter screen, (2) Director/Department Head, (3) On-site Hiring Manager, (4) Team member interview, (5) CMO interview.
Overall, the experience and process had been overwhelmingly positive until the on-site interview with the hiring manager. All was well in the discussion until it was noted that I did not check one niche "wish list" skill of competency for them. I had told them that I was happy and willing to learn and develop that one particular skill, as I had not had the opportunity beforehand in previous roles. Do you think I heard back from them after that? No. Seems like training and developing talent is not a perk here.
