Self-recorded video in the beginning. If chosen, you will be contacted by the HR manager and they will set up and interview with schools with an opening. It took a total of about a month for an offer.

Interview
There is an IQ test then an online interview. Once you are rated on both of those, then the principal will call you in for an in-person interview to see if you are the right fit for his/her school.
